Nom Nom Truck is a tasty little Vietnamese Food Truck in LA which serves up delicious Banh Mi sandwiches, and it was one of the first trucks after Kogi BBQ to help pioneer the latest food truck craze. It’s owned and operated by two of my very good friends, Misa Chien and Jennifer Green, and since its inception they have been featured all over the place, in Sunset Magazine, Travel + Leisure Magazine, and much more! A little more than a year ago, I helped Misa and Jen to develop Nom Nom’s brand identity.
