Time-Based Original Art Sale

Art is something to be shared with everyone–it does not just belong to the elite that can afford it.

I’ve been told time and time again that I need to price my work higher, but this is always something I’ve struggled with because art, to me, isn’t about the money; I do this because I’m helplessly passionate. And if I’m so lucky to have other people that are just as interested in my work, who am I to not share it with them because their wallets aren’t fat enough?

And too many times have I received the email, “I would totally buy an original but right now I can only afford a print.” With that said, I’m doing something a little, well, ridiculous. I’m going to sell my originals for the price of a print. What?! Let me explain.

I’ll be having an online art show between June 1st-June 8th to kick off the re-launch of my new online shop. I will be selling 30 brand new original pieces for $80 each + shipping, for one week only. After that one week, any remaining pieces will be listed in the store at their original retail price of $200. Each original piece is a one-of-a-kind, 8″x8″ hand-painted mixed media on heavy bristol paper.
